Settings is being rebuilt for CortexDB v1.

The new v1 surface introduces hierarchical scopes, five memory layers, and PASETO bearer auth. Until this page is ported, use the SDK or REST API directly.

v1 surfaces: POST /v1/scopes + PUT /v1/scopes/members for ACLs; GET /v1/policy/deployment for the tenant's deployment preset; GET /v1/policy/effective for the resolved capability matrix on a (actor, scope) pair.
