Recent incidents — derived from connector experiences (PagerDuty, ServiceNow, GitHub).

Incidents view is being rebuilt for CortexDB v1.

The new v1 surface introduces hierarchical scopes, five memory layers, and PASETO bearer auth. Until this page is ported, use the SDK or REST API directly.

v1 sources: /v1/recall with a labels filter on incident, or /v1/events?modality=observation&labels=incident for the raw stream. Bi-temporal queries are particularly useful here — see Bi-temporal queries for "what did we know at 02:14?" semantics.
